Support children's emotional well-being and self-expression

 A new and exciting extension of the I Am I Feel emotional regulation resource. These packages offer personalised in-person and online support for early learning services, OSHC programs, schools and families who want to strengthen emotional literacy, inclusion and everyday practice. Support may include staff meetings, guided in-room observations, role modelling, calm corner development, sensory and movement supports, and practical strategy sessions for educators and parents. Packages can be delivered as a single session, a short targeted series, or a longer-term implementation partnership, with each package tailored to the unique needs of the setting and the people within it. 

This service is a true game changer because it takes emotional regulation beyond a book and brings it to life in real environments with real people. The I Am I Feel colouring book provides the shared language for recognising emotions, while the coaching and mentoring support shows adults how to use that language in moments of dysregulation, behaviour escalation and emotional overwhelm. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and inclusion, this support is grounded in practical, realistic strategies that build adult confidence, strengthen co-regulation, and create calmer, more responsive spaces where children can learn to regulate their emotions and behaviours with consistency and care.
